1. チェックイン前に快く荷物を預かってくれた。 2. ユニバーサルルームの浴室が広い。 3. ロケーションは良いです。

1. 浴室スライドドアのレールが無茶苦茶汚かった。ブラシで簡単に清掃出来るのに全くその痕跡もなかった。 2. 女性スタッフは皆、感じ良かったが、男性スタッフは何れも、そう感じなかった。

"Great location! Accessible to most attractions around the area within 5-10 mins walk."

Absolutely amazing location. It's like in the middle of almost everything, be it Red brickhouse, World Porters mall, Cosmo world theme park and many more! There's a family mart right across the road. One of the best things is that it's near Yokohama Red Bricks warehouse where the xmas village is usually!

- Insufficient service integration and communication. If a service is unavailable, the hotel staff must be informed. - No shuttle bus between hotel and sakuragicho train station.
