"Serenity "

Amazing experience at El Silencio. Staff are very welcoming. I especially enjoyed the bird walk with Jose. Very passionate about the tour. The restaurant was delicious and everything was fresh and prepared perfectly.

Amazing stay! The location is beautiful and so peaceful. The waterfalls are in walking distance and only accessible to hotel guests which made it feel like we had the entire area to ourselves. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to us. They even let my husband request a special meal for his birthday. We will be back.

Beautiful property! Excellent staff as well. Beware of the VERY steep mountain drive in…not for the faint of heart. But once you get here, the peace immediately takes over!

The property is expertly maintained. The amenities were good. They are currently under construction, adding a new gym and yoga platform. The restaurant had amazing food with excellent service. The spa was very relaxing.

Property is huge and has direct access to 3 waterfalls and you can even swim in one of these. There is just one restaurant but the food is superb! Fireplace in the lobby and in some of the suites is a cherry on top. Because it's so isolated the only sounds you here on your deck are birds and river rushing below. Hot tub on the deck is also great - it's your own, so there are no chemicals added

Staying at the hotel was amazing we enjoyed our time very much. Room was big and comfy with great maintenance from cleaning staff and an overall amazing experience of service from all of the hotel staff. Unfortunately some of the hotel was under construction and our room was close enough to hear some of the construction during the day, although sound insulation in the room was great.

We loved our stay here. The property is set in beautiful landscape. The staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. We enjoyed a complimentary yoga class as well as a guided tour to the waterfalls.
