I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Captain MC and his team, including RC, Grace, and Francine,Jaypee . They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, and it truly felt like we were in good hands. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made a significant impact on our overall experience. Please extend my gratitude to the entire team – they did an amazing job .

Our experience at B Hotel was well beyond an A+! The service was exceptional, and every staff member was incredibly accommodating. We were so pleasantly surprised when they went out of their way to give my son a birthday cake and loot bags. It is a wonderfully kid-friendly hotel, and the food was delicious. I also want to give a special shoutout to Wranze, an intern, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here because they are pet-friendly. We would've stayed longer if they didn't charge 1k per each day for the pet who doesn't really need anything. Hotel is good value, great Alabang location. Room is in good shape except the first 2 nights there was a toilet smell however, it was rectified after that. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Wranze, Angel and the nighttime security guard (forgot to ask his name) for their kindness, attentiveness and friendliness. Didn't experience how efficient the free shuttle as we weren't told at time of check-in. Found out only through a youtube review video. That would be a nice thing to inform guests, just a suggestion. We'll be back should we need a pet-friendly hotel again in Alabang. Overall, we really like this hotel. Thanks to the B Hotel team.

Very good service top notch…. Dont let the cheaper price fool you. We had a better experience than some of the more expensive hotels in the are. Id like to make a special mention to Jaypee and Joshua in dinnig. They remembered everything we like especially bigger drinking glasses and provided them everytime we dined for the 5 nights we were here. Their attention to details for service is excellent. Will be coming back again.
