Nice and quiet, new fitout in bathroom and sink area was a big improvement.

Everything was fine after a long daY of driving you need a hassle free stay

Room was modern with matching artwork, a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable, and the waterfall shower at the end of a long hard day was brilliant.

Always feel safe when I stay here. Pub with great meals across the road. Cinema too.

Comfortable bed. No basin in bathroom and wire racking was cheap. But over all 100% would stay again.

Understanding that this hotel is under progressive renovation and I got one of the yet-to-be renovated rooms. This last saw an updates around 40 years ago. Lights in kitchen / bathroom didn't work. Security lock on door was ripped off. Door was only held on by two hinges and didn't open properly. The double bed was sagged and threatened to tip you onto the floor at any moment. The air conditioner unit was louder that a b-double in full compression brake so turned that off. I didn't get into the pool but it looked nice, water was clear. I did get to see one of the 'renovated' rooms, it was more of the same. I will not stay here again.

Our room condition was in a word disgusting. Apart from a comfortable bed the rest of the room was terrible. The bathroom was outdated and did not make you feel it was clean enough to use. The toilet button got stuck every time and the kitchenette was covered with ants. The carpet was also damp. When I told reception in the morning I was simply told that the room was to be "gutted" soon - Don't offer it if it's not up to standard

The room was very run down. They are doing renovations but unfortunately the pictures that are online are of a completed room certainly not the rooms that were available. The curtain which didn’t quite cover the whole window fell off in the middle of the night into my young son. The toilet constantly ran, and the rotting timber frames around the bathroom were falling apart everywhere.

Very comfortable stay. No daggy bedspreads here - modern styling and comforts.

Overall just satisfactory. Whinges: hot water is hit and miss.. Waste huge amount of water waiting for hot shower. Hot water comes and goes. Personally found the mattress was very soft and not for my back. Otherwise just satisfactory.
