Very friendly staff. Perfect location.

Very friendly service, front desk was particularly nice. Rooms are small but they were very clean and modern. Worth flagging that there was no sheet on the bed, it was in the details of the booking but I have to say I thought it was a mis-translation, it's not. Other than that it is a very nice hotel in a great location

The receptionist was not wearing a mask. When asked, he said it was his personal choice. This is all despite the COVID-19 regulations. How would you,then, trust if the rooms were properly disinfected? How is it possible to confront a customer with such a behavior and hoping to do business in these critical times? I would never pick this hotel again

We had a most pleasant stay at the hotel ,the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

Kahvaltı zayıf. Asansör yok. Yan odadaki gürültü nedeniyle bütün gece uyuyamadık. 1 gün oda temizlenmedi. 2 gün odayı temizlemek rica ettik. Konum çok iyi, merkezde.

Kahvaltisi idare eder. Park sorunu yok. Odalarda balkon yok.yaz tatili icin bu büyük bir sorun yaratiyor. Personel ilgili.

Tek sıkıntı yatağın biraz gıcırdamasıydı, geriye kalan her şey gayet güzeldi.

Havluları çok güzeldi duştan sonra tekrar duş alıp kurulanasım geldi, utanmasam isticektim o derece, konumu çok güzel bana göre tek eksik diye bileceğim konular, birincisi mini bar neredeyse boştu, ikincisi kahvaltı saati 07:30/ ile 10:00 arası olması, tatil için gelenler o saatte kalkması biraz sorun olabilir sonuçta dinlenmek uyumak için geliyorlar o süreyi biraz daha genişletirseniz daha memnun olur herkes, yine de hizmet için teşekkür ederim. Tekrar geleceğin bir otel.
