Alles Super, die Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte nicht geregelt und auch nicht ausgestellt werden. Das Zimmer in Richtung Fußgängerzone war sehr laut obwohl wir ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht hatten

Sehr nettes Team und hilfreicher Service! Hotel liegt super zentral und hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit großem Pool und Liegewiese. Der Garten ist liebevoll bepflanzt und bestens gepflegt. Eine Oase mitten in der kleinen quirligen Stadt.

Herligt hotel med dejlig ro og beliggenhed. Uovertruffen morgenmadsbuffe og betjening med oververblik og elegance. Skøn have til sol nydelse samt spa område i under etage. Parkering bag hotel og gå gade til front. Dejlig oplevelse som skal gentages.

très bon hôtel,très bien situé,belles grandes chambres (nous avions pris les supérieures); petit-déjeuner extra avec des fruits frais et centrifugeuse;seul hic:une seule personne parle le français dans les employés ;un peu dommage auss;nous avions une très grande terrasse avec 3 chaises inconfortables;2 transats auraient été les bienvenus;sinon impeccable,à conseiller vivement

Et af de bedste og hyggeligste hoteller vi har været på. Super service, fantastisk beliggenhed. Skøn have med swimmingpool. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage en anden gang.

Toller Pool mit schönem Garten mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und Sonnen, und dabei doch mitten im Zentrum. Parkplatz vorhanden, was in der Lage auch nicht normal ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn auch die Zimmer nach vorne zur Gasse sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern wirklich sehr ruhig. Einzigen Abzug geben die z.T. doch sehr mangelhaften Aussagen vom Personal, das nicht gut deutsch spricht, So kam es bei uns schon vor, dass wir falsche Auskünfte bekommen haben. Insgesamt hat's uns aber sehr gut im Quattro gefallen und der nächste Aufenthalt ist sicher...

We can not fault this hotel at all. Our room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, it overlooked the beautiful gardens where we relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. When in the hotel and gardens we were totally unaware that an exciting and vibrant town was on our doorstep.The spa was a luxury treat which we enjoyed on our own! We also made use of the free bike hire, which enabled us to see other towns around the lake. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the receptionist was extremely helpful when we were booking a trip to Venice. The best bit of all was the breakfast! There was so much choice and so beautifully done. Breakfast, did set us up for the day!

The hotel and rooms were always spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been any more helpful and nothing was to much trouble for any of them and whatever they were doing it was always with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hessitation.

We were made to feel very welcome by the Hotel, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Good quality breakfast, with plenty of variety that could be taken outdoors. Many good quality Resultants and Shops in Bardolino, all very Italian, no 'English Pubs'. We thought all of a good standard and reasonably priced. Would defiantly recommend Bardolino as a location, there are plenty of places to visits by regular Lake Ferries, Buses.

Great hotel, very comfortable, excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Could not fault facilities, excellent pool and spa. 2 min walk to lake front.
