Nice, good location, room clean, bed nice, hot and abundant water in shower , pool hours adecuate, check in very easy, all personel good peope and help on any needs, good ac, clean beach, but not suitable to swim , overall nice and pleasant stay, this is my second time in marbella hotel Need a litte fridge in rooms

Dated property and had to fight to get the room we paid for (with a balcony), with staff demanding extra money be paid directly to the hotel, not Expedia. Beach is too steep for swimming with powerful undertow. We were kept awake until 6 am with a loud party on our floor, screaming people, slamming doors. Housekeeping staff was great. A/C was loud. Good location for restaurants, beach walks, whale watching.

Lovely hotel staff friendly and helpful. Ocean view from our room wonderful. Very nice pool. Beach not for swimming but great for long beach walks. Weather was perfect, not too hot and never cold.

The property is larger than I thought. Check in was quick. English speaking staff were very obliging. Restaurants vary from outdoor, courtyard, formal dining room. Large swimming pool on the ocean. Located close to bus stops to take you downtown, wallmart, home depot, Sam's, restaurants, etc. We stayed on the property except 1 trip downtown. Room was newly furnished and clean. Tables by the pool to sit and enjoy sunsets and the freighters. This is where we will return when visiting Manzanillo next year.

For the price it is good, it’s clean. The staff is nice, when you talk to them if not they don’t say a word. It did need some repairs and maybe some upgrades in the showers. You can not swim in the beach (not safe) but they do have a clean pool.

All my family was bitten by Bed Bugs.... I would never recommemd your Hotel to nobody! And i even would like my money back....My baby boy has been taken to the doctor twice becauae of this.
