הצוות היה אדיב. החדר מרווח, ממה שראיתי כנראה שידרגו אותנו ומודה להם על טוב הלב, זה לא מובן מאליו. מיטה נוחה מאוד. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומפנקת. המלון מאוד יפה ונעים.

אנו ללא מכונית, ולכן המיקום מעט בעייתי. ביום הראשון נשלחנו על ידי הפקיד במלון ברגל ב35 מעלות לקניון פרדייז. כפי שזה נשמע ממנו... down the street...במקום לציין כי עדיף לקחת מונית. החדר יפה אך לא פרקטי, הוילונוות אטומים אך יש רווח בינם לבין הקיר, וכל החדר מואר מהשמש בבוקר. החדר לא פרקטי, אם חברכם למסע לא בן הזוג שלכם אלא הבן שלכם. כיוון וחדר האמבטיה אינו סגור עם דלת נפרדת מהחדר, אלא פתוח ועוד עם מראה גדולה ממול... לצערי החדר לא היה נקי. התלוננתי בקבלה, הראיתי שערות שאינן שלנו על רצפת השירותים. ביקשתי שיעלו לנקות, לקח 3 פעמים עד שהגיע צוות לנקות. וגם אז לא ניקו עד הסוף כמו שצריך, אזור הנחת הסבונים האישיים היה דביק ומגעיל . בנוסף לא היה אור בשירותים כשנכנסנו, חשבתי שיטופל ברגע שינקו את החדר בבוקר, אך כשחזרנו אחר הצהריים עדיין לא היה אור, טופל ברגע שביקשתי. ייאמר לזכות צוות בקבלה. פקידת הקבלה במלון הייתה אדיבה מאוד וניסתה לעזור, אף הציעה פיצוי משקה. בבוקר רציתי להכין לי קפה ממכונת האספרסו ואז גיליתי שהכוס ששתיתי בה אתמול נשטפה קלות במים ונשארו בה לכלוכים. בעזיבה יחס קריר מאוד מפקידה שרק יומיים לפני צחקה איתנו. אולי בגלל שהעזנו להתלונן.
