Candlewood Suites Fayetteville Fort Bragg by IHG

I traveled with my dog and my 75 year old mother. Upon arrival, we were informed the elevators were not working, which meant our luggage had to be carried up the stairs. Upon entry into the room, we discovered the fridge was not turned on. My mother is a diabetic and her medication needed to be refrigerated upon arrival. For someone who has stayed here many times due to travel, I will not be coming back.

Perfect location close to the highway! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member was so funny and nice! She made our evening after a long drive to the hotel.

I specifically requested a location with a restaurant because we were out of food, and then arrive and am told that there is not a restaurant. We were exhausted and hungry so this was very disappointing.

I loved staying at Candlewood Suites in Fayetteville, NC. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is the Thermostat. We can control the temperture!!! Ive stayed at other hotels and those thermostats that turn off when theres no movement- are horrible.
