Everything was excellent x staff really friendly x the price was exceptional including breakfast which was also lovely x plenty yo choose from x bed was very comfortable x room was a very good size x all in all an exceptional stay loved it x 😀

The exceptional customer service of every member of staff we came across… Starting with the Receptionist, then the bar staff, the breakfast staff, the housekeeping team - very friendly, chatty and courteous

"Great location for short stays. We were racing in Derby Arena over the weekend so it was perfect and close to everything"

Close to everything and staff really nice and helpful. Beds and everything else really clean.

Rooms were way too warm. Air conditioning didn’t work well at all had window open but noise of bus station too loud.
