Beach Republic, Koh Samui

The staff was friendly, room was spacey.

The property was rundown and lacked any charm and cozyness. The "superior suite" was spacey, but that's about it. There was water damage, mold and some conspicuous holes on the ceiling, the room smelled like mold mixed with aggressive cleaning reagents. The room had "garden view" mentioned in the description, which was in fact the view to the access road followed by the wall to the adjacent property. The beach area was not taken care of well, beach beds were on concrete and the sea not nicely accessible due to a 2m high wall. The pool was small and didn't make up for the inaccessible sea. We cancelled the stay several days early - importantly, for no refund.

Flott bassengområde. Koselig restaurant. Fantastisk leilighet. Nydelig utsikt over Lamaii fra bassengområdet.

Vakker strand, men ikke til å bade på. Må gå et godt stykke for å kunne bade. Ikke sentralt. Ikke så mye restauranter som vi likte rundt, så måtte ta bolt for å komme oss dit vi ville eller evt gå langt.

The room (one bedroom apartment) was huge, comfortable, and lovely. The outdoor patio area was also huge, with nice furnishings. The staff was kind and professional.

The pool needs a bit of refurbishing, perhaps needs a better filtration system?

The beach location is beautiful. It’s the best part of Lamai beach. No waves just calm and very pretty

Lack of sunbeds and towels.

Området var roligt og ikke mange turister, men alligevel relativ tæt på byen/centrum. Jeg lejede en privat villa som vi virkelig nød.

Deres morgenmad var for ensformig. Deres restaurant var heller ikke det bedste ift prisen. Billederne på menukortet var ikke helt korrekt. Hotellet trænger til en meget kærlig hånd, og er desværre ved at forfalde mange steder.
