I booked this hotel because it was listed as 5 stars on Booking.com, but it’s definitely no more than a 3-star property. The location felt uneasy, and although the door staff were polite and helpful, the overall service and standards were disappointing. The breakfast was very poor, nothing close to what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The room wasn’t clean, especially the shower area, and I even had mosquitoes inside the room — I got bitten during the night. There were no basic amenities such as hand wash or toothpaste, which I would expect to be standard at this price point. I paid a premium rate expecting a luxury experience, but it simply wasn’t delivered. Booking.com really needs to review the star rating for this property — it’s misleading to guests. Overall, it was a poor standard hotel for the price, and I was honestly relieved to check out.

We had already paid for our stay and informed that we will reach at 1.30am. After reaching hotel the staff said we dont have rooms available as the guest who were supposed to check out have extended their stay. Is that our problem than why did you accepted our booking and payment. After fighting so much at night that too at 3am they gave us the required room. So pathetic service never suggest anyone.
