Excellent staff. Very professional staff who were very presentable for an upper class hotel.

Room was not clean enough my husband stepped on a earring in the bathroom I called before making my reservation to make sure they had a hot tub they said they did which when we got there to check in they did not have a hot tub The beds were really hard but the pillows were really nice

A great hotel experience.

The lady on evenings was awesome, she had a smile and engaged with us every time we came in. She helped us choose where to eat giving us the options and her opinion on which she liked best.

The breakfast was superb as well as the location very convenient! We were there for a cheer comp with several teammates and family! The front desk attendant Dawn was amazing! We need more people like her

This establishment was under remodeling when i was there. They were working in the gym pool area during my stay. Which was unfortunate. But the hotel tried to accommodate my needs by moving the gym equipment into another room and having the construction workers tidy up their tools so the pool was safe and accessible.They had a good free breakfast and extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again.
