The room had not been cleaned properly, the bathroom was still dirty could see where people had written on the mirrors, dirty underwear in the draw, all to be told just they will speak to staff, it’s not really great enough, I’m booked in for this weekend too and regretting my choice now

Basic but catered to our needs, great location for the footy which was the purpose of our trip. Only real negative was not enough cutlery in drawer, only two forks, and 3 spoons, we had booked for 4. However quick 5min drive to Kmart and $5 spent and we had a full set of our own cutlery.

great place to stay for the (discounted) price. kitchen is equipped with the bare essentials but dishwasher is a big plus. water pressure is a bit extreme but the water gets hot fast. bedsheets were clean although pillows were not all covered and were stained underneath (not a big deal as pillowcases were clean). beds were comfortable and long enough for a fairly tall person. our toilet door did not fully close but the bathroom door did. the structure of the apartment is a little odd in that you have to go through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom which could cause disturbance at night if you are a light sleeper. all in all it was great for our needs as a group of young friends on holiday, would definitely stay again!

Great little appartment for the price. Great access to supermarket cafes playground, tram access. Check in staff were lovely and super helpful

Safe and secure. Comfortable and very easy to get to centre of Melbourne with a tram. Or even walk if you had to. 10 minute walk to the MCG. Grocery shop just around the corner. Would very happily stay there again.

the most disgusting place i’ve ever been to, pictures are completely different. smelly and uncleaned room. such a waste of money!!!! do not go to this place, save your money

Cheap, location great. PowerPoint was sparking when I tried to put the heater on. Not a little spark

Honestly cannot believe the couches. To the owners / managers please buy some couches that are comfortable. It feels no better than a park bench. Last time I said never again and stupidly fell for the cheap price. They are cheap but be prepared for the incredibly nasty and dirty side. Don’t consider cooking there unless you bring your own frypan Not responding to my messages on the Expedia platform meant I couldn’t cancel without losing my money.

Location is great for footy, rugby and concerts but that’s the only thing going for it

Extremley dirty,no working heating was provided a very small portable heater after 2 phone calls,very old ,unhygenic, staine,dirty,mould on celing,ripped security screens just overall dont waste your money here
