Parkwood Inn & Suites

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has very welcoming lobby and breakfast area. It had ample parking for guest.

The hotel has some issues with overall quality. The secure doors didn't work to allow access from parking lot. The landscape doesn't appear to be maintained at all. This is the third year we have been to Manhattan on memorial day an the landscape has looked the same full of weeds, brush growing in what once appears to have been a nice landscape. The breakfast lack the quality of our first stays. Also the patio wasn't cleaned and set up well during our stay. It would have been a nice touch for the beautiful weekend. The elevator floor was sticky and it look like a homeless person was living in the back hall. With a little effort on the hotel owners part this could be a Great Place to stay.

Breakfast lousy no shampoo r conditioner wifi and tv worked par0time

The electricity went out an hour after I checked in, and they could not credit me my room or at least they haven’t as of yet I left and went to another hotel. The property had running water coming in underneath the doors in the lobby area.

Gym when it was open Beds were comfortable but metal frame was noisy

The ice water when you walk in with lemon.

Very dirty, towels were dingy old very worn. Stayed for 5 days was the same breakfast every morning, no one was there to replace food items when they were out and the coffee was so nasty couldn’t even drink! Extremely over priced motel for what it was!

It was fine. Things were running out near the end, but that is understandable.
