I went with my dog to a club breed show lovely comfortable ground floor room z Le to walk my dog outside with grass areas and trees also able to get drunk and food at the services next door my room was clean and clean and comfortable thank you

The first room was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned- very messy flooring - popped balloons, old socks. However staff very apologetic and moved us to another room easily which was cleaner but overall not impressed with cleanliness. Ok for a quick stop over.

"Great Value For Money"

Do not be fooled by the low prices; this hotel is excellent. Furthermore, it has just had a refurbishment and so is even nicer than it was before. In particular, I was delighted to see that bedside reading lamps have now been added. The rooms are clean, spacious and warm. Although the hotel is situated on a motorway service area, it is very close to a junction and, therefore, to the main attractions of the area. Don’t forget to ask about the “service road” which enables you to get to the other side of the motorway and thus back to junction 28 very quickly. (My tip is that you need to turn left out of the service road and take the first left back on to the service area.) This hotel does not have its own catering but does offer discount vouchers for use at the attached motorway service station. Alternatively, you can go to nearby towns such as Chesterfield for the normal range of catering facilities. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and will return in the future when I next need to be in this area.
