"Exceptional"

We stayed for one night at Days Inn by Wyndham Sevenoaks Clacket Lane, booking two rooms while travelling from the North down to Maidstone and back again. It was the perfect stopover to break up the journey. A special mention must go to Carly on reception, who was absolutely fantastic. I travelled with my elderly parents, and due to the 30°C heat, their room became very warm. Carly quickly arranged a fan for them, which made a huge difference to their comfort and was greatly appreciated. My room was initially located on the floor above my parents, but as soon as this was noticed, Carly kindly arranged for it to be moved to the room next door to them. This thoughtful gesture made things much easier for us and demonstrated excellent customer service. For the price, this is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a selection of shops and eateries directly opposite was very convenient. The weather was fantastic during our stay, so I was even able to sit outside on one of the benches with my iPad and enjoy watching the World Cup games in the sunshine. Overall, a very pleasant stay with exceptional customer service from Carly. We would happily stay here again when travelling through the area. Thank you at Days Inn by Wyndham and Carly.

Was able to jump in a nice hot bath after a stressful journey on m25. Quiet location, spacious room and clean

Could perhaps do with a slight upgrade but for the price I paid it was decent enough so not really a negative

I did not like much about it as I had to leave due to bad maintenance and cleanliness of the room.

The shower sprayed everywhere from the main shower pipe soaking the toilet area, the bed had blood stains on the sheets the room was just not clean, the toilet tank hatch was open unable to close very bed room.

Great stop over for cyclists on North Downs Way. Roll up anytime and check in, plus 24hr food opposite.

A bit tatty but you get what you pay for.
