bed was very comfortable. We were offered an exchange room with the minimum of fuss by very approachable and friendly reception staff member.

Initial room on ground floor smelt very damp and would have been an issue, had there not been a another room available. thankfully this was resolved with little fuss by the on duty staff member. Issue was then going to be addressed.

"Good location on Motorway."

It was a good location for us as we had visited Charles Darwin's house that afternoon. Easy to find. Good value.

We had a room for a disabled person so sliding door to bathroom that was stiff and noisy. I doubt a disabled person would move the door alone.
