La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel.

Suite à une animation sur le site, les bornes de recharge n'étaient pas disponibles et nous n'avons eu aucune information sur le sujet avant d'arriver...

"Calme et propre mais trop cher pour la prestation"

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car c'est là que se déroulaient les 24h de puzzle et c'était l'idéal de dormir sur place. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. La literie était bonne.

La connexion Wi-Fi était très mauvaise, et le signal de la télévision était fréquemment coupé, ce qui la rendait inutilisable. Les murs de la chambre sont assez vieillots, et dans la configuration de deux lits séparés, on se cogne la tête sur la lampe de tête de lit. Il n'y a pas de prise près de la table de chevet et une seule table de chevet à un lit, rien à l'autre, on doit poser ses affaires par terre. Pour le prix payé, clairement on s'attendait à mieux.

Accueil hyper chaleureux à l'arrivée, l'hôtesse d'accueil rayonnante. Tout est préparé pour notre confort. Départ aussi très accueillant avec le jeune homme à l'accueil. Achat de quelques bonnes bouteilles de vignerons locaux, super top. Franchement, c'est étonnant d'avoir de telles pépites comme gites tout près d'Angers. L'appartement était immense, 3 grandes chambres, très lumineuses. Chauffage Parfait, salle de douche avec une super VMC. A refaire, je recommande vivement. Merci pour tout.
