This hotel has an excellent location, downtown close to the train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The air conditioning in our room was broken, but they were able to move us to a different room with air conditioning. Since the new room was smaller, they gave us a partial refund.

Localisation parfaite

The location was very good, - opposite the railway station

The superior room was very tint, although it was a double a second person would have struggled to access the bed from the other side. The shower room was very basic and the toikwt coukd only be sat on sideways as it was against the wall.

L'emplacement face à la gare de Lille Flandres est parfait pour se balader dans le vieux Lille. Personnel accueillant, chambre confortable, calme (au 4eme sur cour), bien équipée. Petit déjeuner avec un bon buffet.
