This hotel is beautiful on the outside and is in a great lication with walking distance to the town center. The staff is amazing and helpful. I would not stay st this hotel again though, due to the room being dark, outdated, and uncomfortable. There were no shampoos, soaps, lotions or even a tv. It was hot in the room and really tight (the bathroom door didn't open all of the way). It was noisy at night with people outside.

Nice clean an update hotel with a good AC (hard to find in Bruge). Very good breakfast for the money. Excellent location.

Excellent stay at an outstanding hotel! My parents said the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast they have ever had and especially the coffee. If you are driving, contact the hotel as soon as you book to request a parking space, which costed 15 Euro per day. There are only a few spaces available. There is a public parking garage (Bierkoff) right next to the hotel but it was full when we arrived on a Saturday evening and I had to use a parking area 10 minutes walking distance away.

Claimed room size (26 squaremeter) doesn't match the actual (about 15 squaremeter). No good

Very nice upscale hotel, perfect breakfast, clean room, great location.

The room was great. The location was convenient for walkers. The buffet breakfast was really nice. Our only complaint was that our room was on the fourth floor but the elevator only went to the third floor making it difficult for carrying luggage.

I booked this hotel to go with my mum and dad and partner to celebrate there 50th wedding anniversary, I could not have been happier with my choice. the rooms were spotless the location is fantastic and the breakfast was lovely with lots of variety. add this to really really good service and a good car park just around the corner and you have the perfect place for a stop in this wonderful city. I cannot think of one thing that I would change
