We booked a superior double room for 4 reasons : 1.Garden view 2. Air conditioning 3. WiFi 4. Secure parking When we checked in we were told that secure parking was available. That's good, but having to pay extra is an irritant and an insult. Room we were given had a view of the street. We discovered late into the night that the air conditioning did not work. We had to move without help in the middle of the night, because it was an unusually warm evening. The front desk admitted being aware that the air conditioning on tge 3rd floor was not working. At the same time, when asking for the WiFi code to conduct some urgent business, the front desk reply was '' il n'y a pas de WiFi ''. So, one out of four. When settling our bill in the morning we encountered quite the rudest front of house manager who, when we reported these inconsistencies in our reservation, simply responded with a shrug and an arrogance that suggested he was not a simple employee, but possibly an owner or senior manager. Despite the information in their advertised facilities air conditioning is not on because of the weather ; a garden view is not guaranteed and despite what we were told by the front desk the night before, he told us there is WiFi. However no WiFi was available when we checked again. His attitude was that we had been stupid to believe the listing in the Internet, and we should have phoned the hotel to confirm that all the facilities we were expecting and had paid for were in fact available. It was our mistake! Genuinely the worse customer service my husband or I have encountered in many years of travelling. Avoid this place at all costs!

Lovely quirky hotel with beautiful features. Big room and spacious bathroom. Great breakfast.

Hotel pratique en face de la gare de Bourg en Bresse,réception très sympathique

Nice old furniture, a good large bed. Clean. Airconditioning and roll-blinds garanteed a good nights sleep. Peaceful, even so close to the railwaystation. On the other hand, place is seriously understuffed. Reception is quite often empty and no one answeres to call. There are no signs to breakfast room and no personal there, no bread no coffee. When I found a coffee machine next room, it turned out to be someones private. Obviously some private gathering, but... no signs what ever and open doors! Confusing.

Séjour très agréable, le personnel sur place d'une gentillesse exemplaire.

Très propre la literie est de très bonne qualité nous avons très bien dormi l'accueil à été efficace et agreable

Quasiment parfait, à un détail assez désagréable surtout en 2021...une connexion Wi-fi digne des années 90 cad qui rame, qui se déconnecte..bref Achetez un peu de la bande passante et ce sera super
