Nirvana By The Sea

I recently travelled with my elderly parents & had a 2 night stay. The customer service was outstanding, kindly accommodating all our needs. The view from our apartment was amazing & loved the restaurants & cafes. Kirra was wonderful. We will definitely be back

Pre-arrival communication was excellent and arriving after hours was easy to negotiate. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking was very accessible with no additional cost. Extremely roomy and comfortable 2-bedroom beach view apartment with huge balcony perfect for breakfast in the sun. The kitchen had cleverly placed mirrors so you could prepare meals and look at the beach at the same time. The generous sized spa and heated pool were fantastic. The proximity to cafes, restaurants, groceries and beautiful swimming beaches was very good and within easy walking distance. The apartment's kitchen facilities were excellent with well-stocked crockery and appliances. I especially liked the gas hob and coffee machine. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I love cleanliness and I will say this apartment was nicely clean. We didn't take advantage of the in-house theatre facility or take up the invite to watch the State of Origin league game on the big screen but I know that many others did. Very good value for money spent.

There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment. Just the rainy days.

The size and layout of the rooms were more than expected. Very open and great view off the balcony. Love the kitchen! Easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The beach access was just across the street. Parking was secure and easy access to the lifts. Love that the lifts were so fast and spacious. So happy that we are looking at the calendar right now to pick a date for our return.

A couple of the led bulbs, one above the kitchen island and one above the dining table were flickering and turning onand off.

We chose Nirvana By The Sea for our 12 night stay because of its excellent location, great reviews and price. Luckily our choice was spot on. Our two bedroomed apartment was on the fifth floor. The views were fantastic. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you could wish for. You could move in and live there and not want for anything. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel right at home. The hotel location was perfect for us. Just across from the beach, we were spoilt for choice with many great local cafes, restaurants and stores. It is about 1 km from the centre of Coolangatta. This we found to be a bonus. Coolangatta is vibrant with a great atmosphere. However, with that comes a bit of noise which is great fun when enjoying an evening out there, but I would imagine not so much fun if trying to relax on your balcony staying at one of the hotels there. The hotel is well located for easy access to all the major routs leading out of town, also close to the Airport, but not that you can hear aircraft noise. There is free parking at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
