Nirvana By The Sea

Everything about the hotel is suburb. The view was great. The room and facilites were premium. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were concerned about being close to the airport, but we didn't hear or see a single plane from the hotel.

Amazing customer service from the ladies at the front desk . Close to everything, the view was amazing and so peaceful.

Upon checking out the male they had on the desk was a tad pompous and arrogant , maybe wasn’t happy he had to work Sunday but his customer service was poor.

The water from the shower wet the entire bathroom which was annoying. No bath mat. I would have liked to have a small table next to the 2 single chairs as we mostly used these chairs which were very comfortable but nowhere to put a drink.

Staying at Nirvana at the sea was absolutely spectacular—truly beyond our expectations. We stayed in a two-bedroom luxury apartment with a plunge pool, although we barely used it because we spent most of our time enjoying the large outdoor pool and jacuzzi, which were fantastic. The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. While we didn’t get the chance to explore all the facilities like the movie theatre, gym, sauna, or steam room—simply because there’s so much to do on the Gold Coast—the resort had everything we could possibly need. The staff were outstanding: incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Their friendliness really added to the experience. One of the biggest highlights is the location. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away—step out and within five seconds you’re on the sand. Eateries are everywhere, and Woolworths and Coles are just a five-minute drive. It’s perfectly positioned yet far less crowded than Surfers Paradise, with manageable traffic and a relaxed vibe. I’ve been to the Gold Coast four or five times, and this was easily the best experience I’ve had. My whole family had an amazing time. The kids absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi, the beds were comfortable, the TVs were huge, and every room had its own TV—which meant no fights. I happily claimed the lounge TV (a massive 75–85 inches), the kids watched in their room, and my wife—the queen—enjoyed the master bedroom in peace. Overall, Nirvana at the sea gave us the best vibes, unforgettable family memories, and a truly relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Could be much cleaner and the flayed old furnitures and fixtures could do with a quick replacement.
