Alessio è stato molto carino e disponibile, ha aspettato il nostro arrivo oltre l’orario del check-in.

Non avevamo il telecomando per l’aria condizionata, doveva essere richiesto e pagato extra. Magari alzare un pochino il prezzo e includerlo sarebbe stato meglio.
