After initially being offered the room below the stairs and with no windows, it took a bit of time to sort out and get the room with the windows The service after that was good and breakfast as well As I had very little good experience with the staying in Cartagena, must congratulate the first hotel that we stayed as amazing and the breakfast, the staff etc, San Lazaro , the rest I would not choose again

Excellent attention, great location

The hotel is pretty and cozy the only downside is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs.

Exceptionally clean and modern facility. Over and above staff, notably Fernando, Jennifer, and David. Just exceptional people.

Because of the building envelope it simply isn’t possible for all, or most rooms, to have windows, certainly windows with views.

We have a great stay. The facility and rooms were as described, nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the main attractions ( 5 minutes walk to La Torre del Reloj). It is safe to walk at night. Despite being noise outside, you can sleep without hearing the loud parties outside.

I think there is some room for improvement regarding juices options for breakfast.

Beautiful room. Very clean. So comfortable. Great ac. Great location away from some of the noise in Getsemaní but very walkable. Right on water.

Property was lovely my only feedback is that I had discussed a room with the hotel that would have a pull out couch. When we arrived that wasn’t an option unfortunately and the desk staff didn’t know what I was talking about. We made it work but that bumped the score down a point.
