La ubicación. Y la tranquilidad de la zona.

Apartamento en una buhardilla, desde mi punto de vista muy racano en cuanto a instalaciónes, un poco incómodo.. Solo dispones de un termo de 30 litros para el agua caliente ( insuficiente aún siendo ahorrador) WC con problemas de desagüe, limitado en altura para gente alta. La relación/ calidad /precio esta desajustada. Entiendo que sea en Granada ( Zona centro)... pero aún así... sigue siendo elevado para lo que ofrece.
