Mastorakis Hotel And Studios

We stayed for 8 night at the hotel and we enjoyed it. It was a convenient place for somebody with a car and the room was spacious (we had the deluxe room). Other than this, the staff was really nice, always helpful and we got also a late check out for 15eur extra. Also, the place has a pool and a mini-bar that serves very basic breakfast options. Would recommend.

The downside would be that the bed mattresses are super hard and the AC was pre-set on max 24 degrees. Also, we would have appreciated if our bedsheets were changed once.

The hotel owner and the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was quite clean and was cleaned every day. It was close to everywhere, and we didn’t have any issues with transportation. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

Small and cosy, very helpful staff, good location.

The hotel was comfortable, very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.. The beds were excellent. The location was very good, near to the centre and beach. The pool was great and clean.

The beaches were rocky and it was difficult to go swimming to the sea.

Absolutely disgusting owners/management 🫣 yes this hotel has a no refund policy on bookings,but when approached through hotels.com with whom they were booked & were told by hitels.com customer had a life threatening situation at home, they flatly refused a refund which they could have made as a one off due to circumstances as advised by hotels.com ! The booking was a long way off & they could quite easily have filled this room 10 times over ! Yet they absoloutly refused to do the kind & decent thing ! Pure utter greed ! No other explanation lower than low scum !
