The location of the hotel was very good. The room location was good too.

The rooms were not cleaned well. There was dust all around the furniture. The walls are broken. There were red ants in the rooms along with cockroaches. We had to get mortein and spray it around the house. The kitchen drawers were not Clean and had dead cockroaches there as well. The cooking dish and other few cutlery were in a bad state. Thank god we did not use anything. There were cockroaches and ants rolling around in the sitting area. Only one toilet roll was provided in the ensuite bathroom for a 3 day stay. The conditioner bottle was not refilled. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. When. A guest checks they need peace of mind rather than all this stress. It was a holiday and not a cleaning spree for us. We paid a good price for the room we stayed in but honestly the price was only for the location.

Great location, walking distance to most things you would need in Nelson Bay. Noise from nearby construction not a concern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartments are quite large. Great value for money!
