The manager was awfully rude Our unit 207 was facing the storage plastic roof that received all the rain fall cascade from the building roof making a super loud noise

Very spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, nice view from the balcony. Quite place

No reception after 5pm, you have to call its sister hotel. But nobody answer the call. We drove to the sister hotel and checked in there. If hotel informs us about it earlier, It will make our check easier.

Great location for whale watching, free beach parking access close by, nice pool and jacuzzi. Very well maintained, grounds well kept even during the big Kona storm which blew over 2 trees at a neighboring resort. Felt safe throughout the record-breaking storm which flooded many parts of Maui.

There was no breakfast. No map or suggestions were parodied. We were basically on our own. We appreciated the big room for 2 nights. Very outdated but well supplied.

The appearance of the room could have been better. Outdated furniture and carpeting. Definitely needed A/C. The fact that the temperature was hot and humid made it very unbearable to sleep. They generously provided fans for each bedroom which was appreciated.
