"My husband used Marriott (w/ExxonMobil) and never had these problems overseas,etc."

Was not impressed.

They couldn't find our reservation and it took two days to verify through booking.com, as they didn't have our names spelled correctly or the reservation number. Wanted us to book a second room without clearing our reservation that was made at the beginning of June.
