Conveniently located close to the airport. I was picked up after arriving with a late flight. Next morning the driver brought me to the long-distance bus station and helped me buying the ticket. Very friendly staff!

Room, location, staff behaviour all very good

The fixed choice of breakfast was something not appealing. However last 2 days we were served buffet breakfast but last 3 days there was no butter. Gym was very basic and it was not cleaned every day.

Even though there were multiple breakfast choices, I feel like it was lacking the basic ingredients.

Rooms are big. Pool is good. Only last 2 days I got buffet breakfast which was really good. Staff is superb, very caring.

Gym could have been better and cleaning of gym should be on daily basis.

The room I was given at checkin was a bit dark and dingy. The electric kettle plug was different than the socket on the wall and there were empty shower gel tubes in the bathroom (perhaps used by previous guest) and not cleaning by housekeeping. When I tried to call the reception, saw the phone wire was cut off! So I went to the reception and they changed my room which was better, good natural lights, had 2 water bottles (which were not in my previous room). But here also electric kettle plug type was different than the one in the wall, I asked 2-3 staff to give me something to connect but none of them did. There was a QR code in the room to order food, I ordered and waited for 40 min and when I called the restaurant they said QR code doesn't work and I can place the order on phone. I ordered a vegetarian pizza (only vegetarian option), After 10 min they called that it is not available ! and they can make vegetable wrap , which also took 30 min to come. Wifi was not consistent. One hand I was able to work and have zoom calls and sometimes even the emails won't load. One night the wifi was completely disconnected, and I had a tour pick at 420AM and the driver couldn't reach me, thankfully he showed up and I was at the front door to meet him. Overall, it can be a good place if they pay attention to details

The owner is very hospitable and helpful. He made the hotel worth coming back too.
