Midindi Hotel

The facilities were great. The room was nice, cosy and spacious. The staff were very much helpful too. I enjoyed my stay

The barcode to order in the room was not effective as I ordered and it did not go through and I had to call the restaurant to ensure I got my order

It is a cozy little hotel nicely located in relatively close distance to the airport. I asked to change my room and they gave me an upgrade which was really nice. Overall staff was nice and friendly. Internet was stable and strong.

Breakfast is Ok but nothing special - more on the lower end of comparable middle-class hotels in Accra. The mattress was completely worn out which resulted in a moderate sleeping experience.

Checking wasn’t profesional at all, having worked as a hotel receptionist and reservation myself I was expecting a basic level of professionalism. We weren’t greeted upon arrival by the receptionist, we were only asked whether we had paid for the booking, we had to ask the lady if there was anything we needed to know she said no. Then I proceder to ask about our room number, check out time, breakfast times and other information once should be provided with when checking-in a hotel. It did not stop there, once we got to the room there was only one towel, on bottle of water despite having a twin room for two people. Cleanliness was nonexistent, the room and bathroom were full of long hair everywhere, the shower was dirty, bed sheets had stains. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel

My now husband and I stayed at Midindi Hotel ahead of our wedding in Accra. We requested a nice, quiet room so that we could get ready for our big day and the hotel staff were gracious and obliging. We even had a driver for the day from the hotel staff (it wasn't complimentary, but we didn't mind that at all). We found the room to be very comfortable, clean and convenient as well. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was delicious. We also enjoyed dinner and cocktails one evening and it was delicious as well. Nice, quiet property super convenient to the city.

We honestly can't think of anything. Our stay was exactly what we needed and perfect.
