There was inspection after check out to release the deposit. Did not like the treatment.

Great value for the money

Enjoyed meeting the staff. Rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Location was great. Enjoyed the privacy of the area. Looking forward to seeing the final upgrades on this little gem. We will definitely stay here on all our trips to area.

The room was very clean and in very good condition, with new paint on the walls. The motel is set back a block away from the main road so there is no street noise, and it is a quiet, safe neighborhood. The mattress was adequate. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the fan made enough strange erratic noises that I had to turn it off to be able to sleep, and I believe it needs servicing. Fortunately it was not yet hot enough to require a/c throughout the night. Otherwise a great motel.
