La suite era muy espacioso y la cama muy buena

Tuvimos que reclamar toallas de manos, caja fuerte y frigobar que no saben porque no tenia. No tenia vasos ni pasta de dientes.

I got a room on the 9th floor. I love the view from my room. I also love that there was a rooftop pool and I love the stairs that is leading down to the lobby

I love the pool on the rooftop however, the painting around the pool edge needs some touch up and the painting is coming off

Wände können überarbeitet werden im. Im Bad funktionierte der Abzug nicht.

I was told there was no room available due to something wrong with the floor. Not very convincing answer. There was no email alerting me before I arrive at the lobby. Bad management.

The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help, no matter when you reached out or inquired they were always helped with a smile. The room was very clean and room service was great. The coffee, breakfast and dinner were amazing. My favorite was the steak and creamy mashed potatoes. Despite the things that didn’t go right for me, I was very happy with every employee there, the housekeeping staff were amazing, the cafe staff, restaurant staff and front desk, they were all amazing and the location was right within walking distance to so many places. I will stay there again.

I’m assuming most guest are there for short stays, as a result much attention is not paid to the pool area, because while there, everyday we visited the pool it was dirty, so we never went in. Our room also didn’t have a microwave, but I never asked why (because of past experience with another hotel in Panama), but that would have been a plus. For some reason also…not a big deal…even when we turned off the AC unit the room was still very cold but we got accustomed to it compared to the outside temperature on the street; so we assumed the hotel had a general atmosphere temperature. The shower was not the best, water pressure was disappointing. A side note I have learned from visiting Panama so many times…I will always book suites and pay for upgrades but when I check into hotels they always give me basic rooms and Victoria Hotel and Suites did the same thing, but once I went back to front desk they gave me the room I paid for, but this is the third time that this has happened to me so I don’t know if they are to be blamed or the booking company.
