My flight came in late and shuttle service was supposed to end at 11, they sent shuttle over even though it was past 11

Hotel overcharged me by more than 200 from the quoted Booking.com rate. I would NOT have ever booked it for the price they charged me. Check out staff not at all interested in helping.

Very very very clean! I’m very particular about where I stay. I work in the city long hours and live far so I wanted to find a great hotel to call home on the weekends. Willing to give it another try. Downside: the hallway smells like marijuana, the walls are so thin! I could hear the couple to the left having a conversation and the ladies to the right coughing! So disappointed because I had to be up at 4am. Hopefully my next visit they can place me in a room away from from other guest/corner. Gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was very kind and communicative. Ps. I happened to have my room key when I left at 5am. When I left out the garage I would have had to pay again if I didn’t have my room key. They should tell guest how to get out after they pay.

We booked for 3, the third bed was not done when we checked in, I had to go to the reception 2 times to get the attention and support we needed to get the third bed done - the first time the lady gave me the impression I would be stupid not knowing how to do a bed, but we pay enough money that the third sofa bed could have been prepared and if not, not have the guest ask for it several times to get it done

The room was clean and in good condition.

We appreciated that the restaurant still seated us around 10 PM, even though closing time was listed as 10. Even better—guests who arrived after us were also welcomed and able to order, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a few unexpected hiccups during our stay. The valet seemed unfamiliar with electric vehicles and ended up changing some of our settings. There wasn’t a luggage cart available, so we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves. The coffee area was a bit dusty, the creamer was expired, and there were only two K-cups—one regular and one decaf. There was also no microwave in the room, and the internet was nearly $13 each time you logged in. For a 4.5-star hotel, we expected these basic amenities to be standard.

We arrived very late after flight delays. The shuttle was readily available and the checkin process was very quick. We were very tired, but when I went to get into the bed, it had a plastic child's mattress cover which is very uncomfortable and hot. They did quickly send housekeeping to remedy the problem, but it was definitely very odd and delayed our getting to sleep after a very long day of travel.
