Horribly overpriced. They charged me $24 for using one of their glasses! Rediculous. Would absolutely never stay there again. Definitely not worth the $400/ night and $60/day for valet parking.

The W is always exceptional! From Anthony and the personable valet crew to the amazing rooms and amenities, we love The W in Austin!

Will stay again. Clean, classy, convenient location and my valet Anthony was super helpful and courteous to top it off! 10/10

He was attentive, personable, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Whether it was offering helpful local recommendations, remembering my name, or anticipating my needs before I even had to ask, Ben exemplified what true hospitality looks like. It’s rare to encounter someone so clearly passionate about their work, and his positive attitude was infectious. Every time I saw him during my stay, he was just as friendly and upbeat as the first time, creating a sense of consistency and trust that added to my overall experience at the W. In a city known for its vibrant culture and welcoming spirit, Ben somehow managed to stand out even more. I genuinely believe he is one of the W Austin’s strongest assets, and his dedication to excellent service left a lasting impression on me. Employees like Ben are what turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one.

Really nice hotel with excellent valet service. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby and going to the pool. The spa was also an awesome experience.
