L’accueil du personnel. Les renseignements utiles et le sourire.

Toilettes dans la salle de bain accolées à un mur d’angle qui ne laisse pas la place de s’y assoir. Fuites multiples (lavabo, bouché, sélecteur de douche). Passage d’un plombier, nouvelle fuite puis tapis de douche sale laissé sur place.

Parking surveillé par caméra.

L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise, les pleurs de bébé et toutes les discussions des clients jusqu'à plusieurs chambres de distance restent clairement audible
