Great location with large rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff particularly the room maid on level 6

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff especially the cleaning lady on our floor and the breakfast staff who would make us an omelette if they weren’t too busy.

Poor internet

Location to the park and nearby restaurants. Free upgrade to a balcony room on 7th floor with excellent street view. Accommodation to late check out for a late flight.

Old building & non-responsive A/C

This was the fifth hotel of our stay in Türkiye and by far the best. Our room was spacious, very comfortable (great bed and large sofa) and exceptionally clean. A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception. We had a good sized balcony, with table and chairs - it felt as if the balcony had been cleaned just before we walked into the room. The public areas are cosy and inviting, the polar opposite of so many bland modern hotels. The toilet even had a mosaic on the floor! The location is central in a quiet street, about 5/10 minutes from the waterfront, which is just perfect for an evening stroll.

Yilmaz bey was particularly helpful and considerate to my mother, she was in town on her own having major teeth surgery and they made her comfortable and preempted things she may need. All the staff were lovely and considerate of my mums well being with particular attention to detail. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable so my mum was able to sleep well and they provided ice packs to help with the pain in her teeth. Mum said the breakfast had a lot of variety and looked delicious, mum had soup which they kindly blended up for her. Overall my mum was very well looked after during her stay at the Karaca Hotel, I have also stayed here previously myself on a few occasions and each visit has been a pleasure. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking very good care of my mother, I hope to visit again soon. This is a perfect example of Hospitality!

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Karaca hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and punctual. They made me feel truly welcome with their friendly and personable service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend! Firdes was on reception - super kind, friendly, helpful. Honestly she was so prompt and punctual I was very impressed. As was Baris, he was very charmastic, funny and wholesome. Faith was really helpful with luggage, such a helpful and proactive individual. Ali was the restaurant chef - phenomenal food. The hotel feels like it's family run - they value tourists and make your stay enjoyable by going the extra mile. Location wise is a bonus - it's very near the center!!! My family and I truly had a exceptional stay, I hope everyone else does too.

This hotel is not big, but its location is very good. It is clean and breakfast is good. It is in a nice area, just a few blocks from bars and restaurants along the seashore. People at the hotel were kind and willing to help us whenever we needed something.
