"Great apartments in a great town"

The apartment was cozy and a big surprise, there was a room cleaning available every day making it as close to a hotel experience as it gets. The complex is located in a beautiful part of town called Sea Point. I shall try to stay there again on my next trip to Cape Town.

"Beautiful apartment"

The location and the beautiful sitting area.

We could hear the voices and the footsteps of the guests staying in the apartment above us. The pillows on the beds need to be replaced.

Really really nice place and people. I like the furniture taste and how they take care of the plants. A very warm and peaceful place to stay in cape Town. I really like my evening me time in the yard with a cup of tea. Feel like ideal home to me.

"Beautiful interiors, comfortable stay"

Its a stunningly beautiful old building, with gorgeous features. The furniture was great quality and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived Friday evening and left Monday morning, with a very hectic schedule, so we didn't meet the owners. The housekeeper handed us a key and we gave the keys back to them as they had just arrived as we were leaving. We did not meet anyone else. We had hired a car for the trip and found the location quite convenient to visit all the places that we had planned.

We had water issues on 2 out of 3 nights. The water just stopped completely. We were 3 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment. All of us take showers, not baths. Except for morning tea, we didn't cook or eat at the apartment (except takeaway on the last night), so it was really shocking to run out of water when we returned at night. We weren't able to take showers before we slept - and that's not a comfortable situation when you are in a seaside town. The water situation would resolve itself by about 6 am. Rita has promised to look into it and hopefully they can figure out what is wrong and rectify it.
