Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Christmas dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Christmas!

A magic place! Has its soul. Very professional staff, beautiful, stylish chalet. Travelling with a 9 months old baby is not easy but here I’ve experienced the first time a kind of care as a parent should expect. I never had to wait long for any request. I’ve been many many hotels/accomodations in my life, but this place is really remarkable! Thank you for this amazing weekend!

We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Beautiful chalet and great equipped. Perfect for family. We even could bring our dogs that enjoyed the trip with us.

Staying at Au Coeur des Neiges is like transporting yourself into one of those lovely traditional Christmas cards with snowy landscapes, beautiful old buildings, and twinkling warm lights. The chalets and rooms are charm personified but make no mistake they have all the modern creature comforts that you would expect. Wonderful staff, a great restaurant, a stunning pool and 5 minutes walk from the main ski lift. Hard to beat. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Let me tell you what is phenomenal about this independently run hotel: attentive and personal service and the best concierge service (by WhatsApp which made it so convenient) we’ve had. Breakfast is fantastic and easily enjoyed inside the hotel or in our room. Real firewood double sided fireplaces. Extremely comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was our best food in Couremyeur - all prepared by hand by the chef. Atmosphere is delightful. We were thrilled with the choice and will come again.

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!
