Lors de notre séjour nous avions une chambre bruyante au dessus de la nôtre. J’ai informé la réceptionniste le lendemain matin et quelques minutes plus tard je recevais un message de quelqu’un de l’équipe pour s’excuser et nous aviser de qu’il avait fait en lien avec la situation. Le service est incroyable. Je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner.

The location is excellent, right on the St. Lawrence River! Our room was a corner unit overlooking the water with an excellent view—we didn’t want to leave. We even brought lunch and dinner back to the room just so we could keep enjoying the view. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
