Le personnel a accepté rapidement de me changer de chambre. Le lit était confortable et propre. Le reste de la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient très bien.

À mon arrivée, la première chambre qui m’a été attribuée se trouvait sur un étage en rénovation. L’odeur de peinture et de plâtre dans la chambre était très forte. J’ai dû demander moi-même à changer de chambre. Selon moi, cette décision aurait dû être prise par l’hôtel avant mon arrivée. J’ai aussi remarqué de la moisissure dans la fenêtre.
