Queens Hotel & Spa Bournemouth

It was very clean and it was refurbished recently looking beautiful.

The bathroom water temperature was too high and water leaks when showering.

This hotel is not really diffident to many hotels in this price range, everything clean great bed etc However - the staff are excellent and really helpful sorry I didn’t get the names of the reception team on Monday 8 evening! You were so helpful and sorted us something to eat even though we were late checking in / straight off the ferry - it really helped us you are both a credit I am booking in for another stay soon 😛

Nothing bad just enjoy your stay

Corridors were a bit gloomy.and dirty but rooms where of good standard. Investment seems to be in social areas including a huge restaurant and wonderful bar with incredible personally presented cocktails. Nice pool but quite small with a 5 personal space allowance.

Gloomy and dirty corridors but priced reasonably. Set back from coastal front so no seaviews. No carpark spaces but good street access.

Very nice Hotel, the decor was tasteful giving a pleasant ambience, The Spa facilities looked great although I did not use the Spa, The room great with air-con installed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom tasteful with a great shower. The beach is very close to the Hotel which was awesome. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, The shopping area is nearby and many other attractions a short drive or bus ride away. All in all a great stay, recommend.

Food and drinks were a little pricey 2 portion of chips for a snack and pint of lager shandy was £20

The window wouldn’t shut properly but wasn’t too much of an issue
