Bodhi Serene Chiang Mai

Very serene. The concierge was very helpful with planning my tours, good American breakfast with eggs cooked to order and full buffet.

Amazing location - lots of things to walk to in the old city. During the week they have a free shuttle that drops you off at the night market!

Good location, but too expensive for the quality of stay. The hotel was in the old city. But the pool and the room have nothing special. And price was high for New years holidays.

Our stay was outstanding! The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean. Our hair dryer didn't work and they were very responsive, giving us a new one that worked perfectly. The hotel grounds are really peaceful - I loved relaxing at the pool, in the common areas and on our patio. The breakfast was also a great addition. Lastly, the hotel is located in a very central location to things to see/do, places to eat, etc. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Chiang Mai, the location of the Bodhi Serene was perfect for exploring the old city. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here, primarily because of the terrific location which is ideal for exploring the old city or wandering to the restaurants and bars of the Loi Kroh Road area just outside the city walls to the east. Supervised parking just outside the hotel is a bonus, too. Grab Taxi drivers seem to know it well, and it's only a 10-15 minute ride to the Nimman area if you want to go there. The staff were okay, as was buffet breakfast. Our Executive Room was quite workable, although nothing particularly special about it, and a little dated. Water temperature in the shower was unpredictable. Nice little patio outside facing the garden. I wouldn't be unhappy staying here again, but there is a lot of competition in the old city so they need to do a bit of maintenance and upgrading I would suggest.

Staff was friendly and very helpful; we appreciated how they went out of their way to make us welcome. Hotel was lovely and well maintained. Breakfasts were great with both typical eggs and pancakes as well as local Thai dishes. We’d stay there again.

Nice hotel, location easy to access, breakfast okay

We adored this Hotel! But we had to agree with comments we read about the pool area -it is very nice but it was too small for the number of guests who wanted to use it!
