Urbano Hotel

For the cheapest hotel in the area I think the value was good. The room was old, ac not working, noise isolation wasn't great and they dissolved milk with water at breakfast... This is something I could expect for the price. Otherwise it's clean, centrally located, possible to leave luggage and specious. The hotel has a "good energy", I slept like a baby.

Good location

Staff very cold and when asking for any help they seemed very inconvenienced. Very damp and cold and old building, first room we had was full of condensation on the windows. The damp and mould is a health hazard. Sheets were worn and marked as were the towels. Pictures are not like the actual rooms at all. Had a kettle in room but no mug/ spoon so asked reception for one and staff were rude. Can hear street noise on a nighttime due to thin windows. We had to move on our last night as the toilet became blocked and flooded the room. WiFi did not work in the rooms which is not acceptable. Would not recommend.

Honestamente lo único que estaba bien era la cama.

Las habitaciones estaban muy deterioradas, las paredes llenas de rayones y manchas de humedad. El desayuno era muy básico y los alimentos de mala calidad y algunos viejos.

El servicio y atención de Luis, muy atento y cordial

Las instalaciones, que están deterioradas, falta reparar cosas

El personal muy amable, eficiente y la ubicación espectacular

El baño, pero como fueron pocos días estuvimos bien

Todo muy bien, cómodo y acorde al precio
