NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER PROVIDED, KETTLE BUT NO TEA AND COFFEE. THEY DO NOT HOW TO RUN A PROPERTY WITH SUCH A POTENTIAL SMILING IS NOT AN OPTION

Bed sheets were dirty, geyser wasn't working and the service was very bad

Breakfast and the area is fine.

There was a leak in the toilet many times we asked them to come fix it and they didn't come. The fault was not fixed. We also asked them to bring us drinking bottles, and again, we had to ask several times until they brought them. When we left the hotel I asked a guy named Dilip for a receipt with the money paid, he refused to give me and told me "you don't need a receipt, everything is fine". They charged us a higher amount than was necessary for an extra bed.
