The hotel was dirty we spent the first night cleaning our own room. There was mold everywhere door had a hard time closing and the lock was broken. There was no couch like there was supposed to be just a big open spot. I swear the guy next door was selling drugs out of the room. And to boot they never came to clean the room give us new towels or anything.

Honestly the manager was a jerk, I haven’t seen customer service that bad at a hotel before. Would not recommend it!

I tell everyone do not go to this place places horrible everybody works together here is some type of scheme they even were doing ritual work to hold my and then your refuge you put a deposit down and then what they do is they hold your money for as long as they can and they do some type of looping system I don't like this place this place is going to fall under and I'm going to make sure of it today that it's my whole plan since falls this company this company is terrible and they're in a lot of trouble I'm going to figure it all out I tell everyone don't go here sleep in your card before you go to this place it's the worst place ever I've been a mini hotels and this is the worst one I've ever been to ever in my life still have to return my money at I've been to hotels my whole life usually I have my money the next day I have a cash at car cash it don't hold your money they keep telling me the bank is holding my money first 3 to 7 Days cash up don't hold your money for 1 hour these people are crooks and don't go

Terrible the room was still dirty and seas a non smoking room but reeked of stale newport cigarettes and black&mild cigars burnt smell! Also they had blood stains and what looked like poop stains on the covers and bed sheets in room! Went back to office to complain about how the room and stuff was to the office employee but he was very rude and said they didn’t have anymore open rooms to move me and my wife and he could assure us that the bedsheets and covers were clean but they were not and we had to just use our own

The staff was really great and very helpful. I arrived for check-in around 2 AM, feeling very tired from a long drive. However, they made the check-in process smooth and easy, allowing me to get some much-needed rest.

The only downside was that parking was a bit tight, but as long as you take your time and are a good driver, you have nothing to worry about.

We had an issue keeping the TV functioning, no remote was in unit, no trash cans were available, there was some kind of substance all over the headboards, we found a roach alive in the sink so we slept with the lights on, the bedding was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable, we saw quite a few cars with people loitering in the parking lot, the curtains did not move all the way over to keep people from seeing inside the unit, the heating unit thermostat was not functioning. The staff was very pleasant and kind. However, I am glad we only stayed 1 night. Won't book again. But the price is cheap if you are on a tight budget.

My room was clean and comfortable. For the money I paid I was happy with my decision. I will probably stay here again when I come to Conway.
