"Good place for price "

Needed a place for the night while on a road trip that we could stay with our kids and dog. Check in was quick and easy and the boy at the front desk was friendly and polite. The hotel was quiet, the room was pretty big. TV was a little wobbly and we made sure to let the front desk aware. Bathroom was kind of snug and small. Shower head was loose and is really low on the wall, tub faucet a little loose also. Water pressure was great, nice hot water. Room was clean but could probably use a deep cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is definitely sub par. Waffles, cereal and some muffins. Lady at breakfast and lady at checkout we’re both friendly and polite. Overall a fine place for a quick stay. (The pool is not open but is advertised. We weren’t there to swim so didn’t affect us) Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

"NO POOL!! PERMENATLY CLOSED!! "

Booking was made almost exclusively for swimming and the spa. The decision to book this room was based on the advertisement that it had a pool. Never being advised that the pool was closed at check-in or before. Who was full water sign on several doors showing hours of pool operation. Signs in the room advisingof towels available at the pool.
