La situation, la décoration, l'aimabilité du personnel

La saleté de la salle de bains. Carrelage de la douche noir de moisissure et une odeur nauséabonde. J'ai du nettoyer le syphon de la douche, plein de cheveux et autres dépôts qui moisissaient là depuis longtemps mais cela ne semble pas avoir dérangé le personnel de ménage ! Une fois l'opération terminée (5 mn), le problème a été réglé. Etait-ce à moi de le faire ? Pas sûr !

El desayuno es excelente, bastante completo y muy rico además con unas vistas increíbles! La ubicación es muy buena muy cerca de rua das pedras! El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. Siempre estuvo limpio, el personal fue muy amable; yo pase mi cumpleaños allí y me regalaron una torta, fueron muy atentos en todo! Lo recomiendo!

Nada. Todo estuvo bien! Solo por agregar hay unas tasas de "crianza" además de las de turismo que se cobran por día lo cual me pareció raro no me lo habían informado, luego me dijeron que esas tasas de crianza eran a voluntad.-
